Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, individuals who knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing may face liability.

If you believe that the content removed (or access disabled) is not infringing or that you have permission from the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or under the law to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent including the following details:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access has been disabled and the location of that content prior to removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement asserting your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address; a consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles; and a statement indicating you will accept service from the individual who provided the notification of the alleged infringement.

If we receive a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, informing them that the removed content may be reinstated or access restored within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action against the content provider or user, the removed material may be restored at our discretion within 10 to 14 business days or longer.

In alignment with the DMCA and pertinent laws, we maintain a policy of terminating user accounts that are deemed repeat infringers, as well as limiting access to our Site at our discretion for any users infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of their repeat infringement status.
